There are countless ways to communicate electronically, including texting, social media, collaboration apps like Teams and Slack, and video software such as Zoom and Skype. Given the myriad ways you can get in touch with others, you may well think email is dead. Think again. Email, the mainstay of workplace communications, is stronger than ever.
