That question is rarely about the product itself. It is about optics. It is about messaging. It is about whether the market will interpret movement as instability. This is where thoughtful leadership separates itself from reactive leadership. Running pilots after you already have a stabilized product is not a sign of confusion. It is a sign that you understand the difference between clarity and rigidity. However, it remains a sign of strength only if you manage the outreach mechanics and optics with precision.
